If I can give this company a 0 for review I would . Scamming games, they sell your personal information,poor customer service. Still waiting for my refund .

Review:
I played Spin Sorcery and met all the requirements to redeem my winnings. I received a confirmation message stating that my $200 redemption request was submitted and would be sent to my Cash App account.

A $2 redemption fee was deducted, but I have yet to receive any payment.
I attempted to contact customer service multiple times with no response. There is no clear timeline for payouts, no way to track the request, and no legitimate support to help resolve the issue.

It seems this platform uses flashy promotions and payout promises to lure users into playing, only to avoid fulfilling their obligations.
Based on my experience and similar reviews Ive seen from others, I believe Spin Sorcery is misleading users and possibly operating as a scam. I do not recommend this app to anyone looking for legitimate sweepstakes or gaming platforms.
